I had the pleasure of being an impatient in the Almas Ayurvedic Centre, Al Madeena Institute of Medical Sciences, Kottakkal, Malappuram for a routine Ayurvedic treatment for about a week. From the minute I walked in to the Centre, until the time I was discharged, I encountered the members of the management, doctors and staff, under your guidance and leadership, that was very friendly, warm and professional, who treated me with the utmost care.

I felt that I made a good choice in coming here and, as a group, everyone whoo took care of me was professional, caring , kind and patient. I also felt that I was important to every staff member in this Centre and that I would be treated exceptionally well. Everyone knew what needed to be done at what time and did it with a smile and compassion. It is clean and well appointed, giving the centre the best ability to serve their patients as efficiently as possible. There is nothing better for a family to know that they can go home knowing their loved ones are in the best hands possible.

I sincerely express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to you, in particular, and the entire team of doctors and staff in the Centre, in general , for their hospitality, care and treatment during my stay and I do appreciate their professional skills.

أتيت إلى مستشفى ألماس بتاريخ 28/11/2016 ومن أول يوم كان الاستقبال من أروع ما يمكن ورحبوا بنا في المستشفي، الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة جدا، والخدمات متوفرة طول الوقت، وبدأت العلاج من اليوم الثاني لمدة شهر، كان العلاج مكشف وأحسست بتحسن الحمد الله، كان فريق العمل من أطباء وممرضين متعاونين جدا وقدموا لنا كل ما كنا نحتاجه وإنا احب أشكرهم جميعا على ما قدموه لنا من خدمات ومساعدة خلال فترة اقامتنا بالمستشفي. وأتمنى ان اعود لزيارتهم مرة أخرى في القريب العاجل.
